General Information

The program is carried out within the scope of Bingöl University, Vocational School of Technical Sciences. Teaching and research activities are carried out by 4 Lecturers.

The education period is two years, and Internship period is 30 days. The training program has been prepared according to the needs of the age. Flexibility is provided with elective courses in order to respond to local differences.

Our mission is to provide a modern education environment in order to train qualified personnel who have the knowledge and skills required by vocational and technical education in the standards required by the business world, together with the developing technology, and who can build a bridge in service marketing in the public and private sectors.

History
Department of Computer Programming depending on Bingol University Vocational School of Technical Sciences is developing since the construction. There are 3 lecturers in the department
Qualification Awarded
This program consists of two years of pre-Bsc and 120 hours of ECTS (European Credit Transfer System). When the program is successfully completed and the program requirements are met, students can obtain a pre-Bsc degree.
Admission Requirements
Students are acceptable with the university entrance exam
Higher Grade Transition
With the DGS exam, students can apply to Computer Teaching, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering departments.
Graduation Requirements
Students who have successfully completed all courses in the curriculum (120 ECTS) and have a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) 60 out of 100.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates
Graduate students in public and private sector are employed in the field of information technology.
Assessment and Grading
Register for classes at the beginning of each semester and the final exam in order to enter the course at least 70% of the practice of at least 80% is required to be continued. Students for each course at least one midterm exam and final exam are subjected to. Students Passing grade for each course, midterm exams and semester studies the contribution of the contribution of 40%, final exam 60% of the contribution is in the form. All exams are graded out of 100 total marks must be 6o and up and final exam are required to obtain at least 50 points.
